We have engineered our Fire Fighting suit to the highest industry standards with significant resource’s devoted to 1)Fabric’s 2) Design 3) Construction.
Industry leading fabrics and components have been combined with an athletic 3D pattern. Mobility and freedom of movement is achieved with an ergonomic pattern rather than oversize fit. The design is functional with focus on user function and reducing unnecessary bulk throughout. Then we constructed to be extremely robust and durable.
The fabric had to be highly functional which is why we specified PBI Matrix Gold fabric for its superior performance properties. PBI Matrix Gold outer layer is a blend of Kevlar yarns with Polybenzimidazole and Anti Static fibres to provide unrivaled fire protection.
Inner membrane with raised dot profile is highly breathable and highly waterproof. All seams are fully taped and sealed to keep you dry and comfortable. Internal lining is made from a Nomex / Viscose blend which is wicking and fast drying.
Our fully featured design delivers a Fire Fighting jacket and trouser with the capability and performance required in extreme situations. All seams junctions and reflective tape have been offset to minimize bulk and reduce stiff areas.
• 1) High wear areas are reinforced with abrasive resist Kevlar composite fabric.
• 2) The 3D pattern has pre-curved shape and darts to reduce bulk and allow for more freedom of movement.
• 3) FR rated 3M Scotchlite hivis + breathable reflective tape reduced heat build up under the tape. 2 inch wide and 3 inch wide tape used in key areas.
• 4) Emphasised seam lines with reflective piping detail and contrast colour kevlar stitching.
• 5) Loads of storage and utility options to carry all essentials accessories.

• Extra large pleated side pockets with top flap. Pockets incorporate internal tabs to secure gear and have drainage holes.
• Large internal chest pocket with care and instruction labels
• Sleeve curved over the back of hand for additional protection and stretch knit inner cuff inside the sleeve.
• Multiple utility loops to allow quick access to accessories.
• Radio pocket and mic loop, and Torch loop
