The 3M PELTOR ComTac VII TMAS Kit is a complete, next-generation tactical communications and hearing protection solution. This kit combines headset, control unit, and wireless earplugs into a fully integrated Tactical Modular Audio System (TMAS), delivering seamless audio management, reduced cabling, and superior situational awareness.
The ComTac VII headset provides level-dependent active hearing protection with mission-selectable audio profiles and Natural Interaction Behavior (NIB) for short-range, headset-to-headset communication without a radio. Designed for operational use, it features a low-profile, helmet-compatible design and an IP68-rated noise-canceling microphone.
The System Control Unit (SCU) acts as the hub of the TMAS ecosystem, enabling wireless NFMI connectivity between devices, radio integration, and centralized control of audio and communications—eliminating traditional down-leads.
The TEP-300 Tactical Earplugs integrate wirelessly with the system to extend hearing protection and audio awareness in confined spaces, vehicle operations, or when wearing helmets and respirators.
