Returns Policy
Standard Products
Standard products purchased at frontlinesafety.com.au at full retail price may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Goods will only be accepted for return if in new condition and in original packaging, with tags attached. If item has been worn, or stained, or damaged in any way, return will not be accepted. Goods will be inspected on return and if in new condition with all packaging an exchange, or refund or credit for exchange processed within 7 days.
The customer is responsible for the delivery charges associated with returning the exchanged item to us and also for delivery charges in sending out any replacement items.
Refunds for orders placed online are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. No other form of refund is possible.
Custom Products & Special Order Items
There is no return or exchange or cancellation offered on Custom products or Special Order items. An order for a Custom product or Special Order item is considered a firm order. Custom products and Special Order items cannot be returned due to customer change of mind, or if wrong colour or wrong size is ordered by the customer.
Custom products and Special Order items are indicated on the website item description and/or on the customer Quote and customer Sales Order confirmation.
Warranty
Products offered on frontlinesafety.com.au are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase of the product.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we may repair the product without charge, or replace it at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care, negligence, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
Goods returned for warranty assessment must be in clean condition, free of mud and dirt. Goods will not be accepted at our warehouse if not in a clean condition and will be returned to the customer.
A copy of the Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims.

All marketing material sent to you will include an ‘opt out’ function whereby you can remove yourself from receiving any future marketing material.
