This turnout bag has withstood the Bob test

Posted by Lauren on 4th Dec 2023

This is my second purchase. I bought one two years ago for my partner Bob's bush turnout kit. He's so rough on gear, that I've been pleasantly surprised it survived so well. Returned to buy myself one. I like the versatility of the two main compartments. One of them is lined so either compartment can be upsized past the mid-line point on the bag, depending on your need. Boots can stay separate from other PPE, or you can squash wet gear into one compartment and use the other for dry gear. The side pockets are handy for all the accessories that seem to multiply in the dark. It holds its shape well when rattling around in the work vehicles and is easy to identify and pull out quickly. Cannot comment on how quickly it disintegrates into a puddle of plastic — haven't yet encountered a scenario where a gear bag could possibly catch fire. But summer is coming.

Turnout Kit Bag

Purchased this bag a couple of weeks ago after seeing another colleague with one. The bag arrived in a couple of days to my surprise due to current shipping times. It has plenty of room and I love the fact I can easily wash the bag after dirty (contaminated) gear has been placed inside. Highly reccomend
