The design brief for this Mil-spec Dry Bag was to make themost reliable and lightweight dry bag capable of enduring extended field use.
Weighingin at only 220 grams, the durable + lightweight materials provide a practical 30Lvolume to protect and store dry gear.
The air tight + water tight roll top closure allowsfor easy packing and the secure closure ensures the contents remain dry.
The main body fabric consists of a tightly woven water-repellentnylon outer with a PU inner layer which is highly water proof. Note that we donot stitch the seams with needles and thread as this creates failure points inthe fabric and adds to the overall weight. All panels on the frontline 30L drybag have been laser cut for durability and then bonded together with a durablehot melt seam seal tape.
Usability was a key design factor on this item. The integratedhandle on the base of the dry bag allows the user to easily empty the contents.We added a low-profile one-way air purge valve which can quickly remove excessair.
The air purge valve will essentially vacuum pack the contents and reducethe chance of puncturing the dry bag when fully packed and stowed.
